The Blue Bandit may have escaped the Silver Shroud at Diamond City, but it wasn't hard to follow his trail back to a building out on the coastline. The Shroud approached the building ready to finish what he had started back in Diamond City. He approached the door and a voice came from the intercom as if he were awaiting the Shroud as a guest.

Blue Bandit: So you think you can come catch me. I would like to see you try.
*If Friendly*
Blue Bandit: Welcome friend, so do you think you have what it takes to join the Blue Bandit and his Mischievous Men? If so, you have to earn you way by making it to the top of my tower.
*Both*
Blue Bandit: Are you clever enough to make it through the mysteries and puzzles of my secret layer? My Mischievous Men have been setting up tests to make sure only those who are worthy can progress through my lair to reach the control center. The door is unlocked, but enter at your own risk.

Blue Bandit: You are more skilled than I had initially believed. Have you come to strike me down and end my endeavor for fair treatment of the downtrodden and outcast?
Player:
a. (You're wrong) It isn't your right to decide who has what.
b. (Kill him) I'm going to end you. *Blue Bandit becomes non-essential*
c. (Charisma) We can find a way to work together, we don't need to fight.
d. (Intelligence) I have outsmarted you every step of the way, know when you are beat and give up.
Blue Bandit:
a. I must fight for the people. *Fight Blue Bandit where he gives up before death*
b. Fool! *Fight Blue Bandit where he dies*
c and d.
pass- Very well, I will lay down my arms.

Blue Bandit: It looks like I have been bested. What is to become of the Blue Bandit? *Seymore removes his helmet*
Player:

Seymore:
a. Here is my helmet, maybe you can make better use of it than I. You will not see me around the Commonwealth anymore.
Anya: I'm coming to.
Bud: Don't leave without me.
Rodney: We can still be a team even without the silly costumes.
Seymore: You guys are the best *All four disappear from the game forever*
b. I guess we could work something out. I am pretty handy with computers systems and robots. Consider the Blue Bandit officially an ally.

Blue Bandit: We have done the impossible and relinquished the hordes hidden in Diamond City, returning them to the common folk. We have brought together the forces of the Commonwealth and defeated the evil warlord Gammorin. I guess it is now only fitting that I remove my mask and reveal my true identity to you, my faithful companions.
*Seymore removes his mask*
Seymore: In the end I am nothing more than a simple programmer. With the job done and the future of the Commonwealth no longer at risk, I assume you guys will want to move on now that you know I am not the hero you thought I was. I thank you for your time and friendship and will always remember these days.
*If Hostile but made peace*
Blue Bandit: I am sorry my loyal friends, I was not the hero you thought I could be. I assume you will want to leave now that you know I am just a lowly programmer and not a true hero of the Commonwealth. It has been a pleasure knowing you, and I apologize for the deception.
Rodney: Uhhhh... we knew you were Seymore all along. You didn't exactly do a very good job of hiding it.
Bud: We didn't join with you because we thought you were some great hero, we joined with you because you were our friend and you accepted us for who we were.
Anya: We honestly though the super hero stuff was kind of silly... but we were just accepting you for who you were. You were the only person in this world full of ignorance and hatred toward synths that taught us that we were truly special. You made us feel like we belonged.
*If friendly* One job may be done, but there are a million more things for us to do, together.
*If hostile* We are a team, and it will take a lot more than one defeat to get rid of us.
Seymore: Wow... I... I don't know what to say. You guys are the best.
