Quest Intro Dialogue -
Kaylee
KKV. *Unlocked after completing Conversation C3* (Note to self, I need to go back and edit that conversation a bit to flow into this better)
Player: (Your mother's armor?)
Kaylee: My momwas the legendary Star Paladin Sierra of the Revel Faction, her armor had been passed down to her by her mother and her mother before her. Grandma Betty defeated the Calculator wearing that armor.
Player:
a. (Was it powerful?)
b. (What happened to it?)
Kaylee:
a. It was a highly modified armor, originally a T-51b. The Rebel Faction modified all their power armors as an act of defiance to the original Brotherhood back at Bunker Hill. Over the years it has continued to be upgraded time and time again. Maria Barnaky, Emma's mom, was the queen of all things power armor, she turned that armor into the fastest power armor ever.
b. She was wearing it when we got captured by Gammorin's army, so most likely it was destroyed by the Mutties. I would very much like to find whatever is left of it though, it would mean a lot to me, having that important reminder of my mother.

Karen
KV.
Player: (Your mother's armor?)
Karen: Oh, did Kaylee tell you about that? She must like you then if she opened up about anything other than how much she hates you.
I have always wanted to find that armor and maybe actually make Kaylee smile for once. I however have never been able to get Cal to give me the coordinates of the Muttie base where it was lost, he is afraid I would do something rash and get myself shot... Or step on a landmine...
Player:
a. (Kaylee? Like?) I thought she hated everyone.
b. (What happened to is?)
c. (Cal)
Karen:
a. She normally does... My sister has a crush on someone? How cute, and unusually normal of her. You better not make her cry or I will put a proximity mine down your pants.
Player:
a. (But she is always crying...) Being overly emotional and reading sad poetry are two of her favorite things... You can't blame me for that.
b. (I like her)
c. (Her sister is hotter)
Karen:
a. I guess you have a point, I will refrain from the use of explosives for the time being.
b. Oh my god! This is so exciting! I didn't think she would ever find some poor schmuck out there crazy enough to put up with her antics, but then you came along.
c. Kaylee has a sister? Oh wait... That's me.
b. We were just outside of Boston when Gammorin's mutties ambushed us. They had set up barricades blocking us from advancing, and then sealed off out only path of retreat. They bombarded us with sleeping gas, which effected everyone except Cal and Pace, who luckily escaped. Everyone else was captured, and that is the last anyone ever saw of the armor. We woke up hours later in a jail cell deep in Gammorin's research facility.
c. Cal escapted from the gas because of the whole 'robots don't breath' thing he is always bragging about. He tracked the Mutties to their base and rescued us. It is all such a blur to me I couldn't for the life of me tell you where it is. Cal should know, but he won't tell us because he thinks we might do something rash.
Player: (Is he right?)
Kayen: Yes, I probably would do something stupid, but that's how much it means to me to make Kaylee smile again. Cal says they are just *Cal Impression Voice* "Silly human emotions that lead to poor logical decisions."
*End Conversation*
Emma
EV.
Player: (Star Paladin Sierra's armor?)
Emma: Yes, I've heard a lot about it, it was my mom's most prized peice of work. She always wanted to make sure their great leader had the best of the best equipment, that was her job as the Head Scribe.
I was too young to remember it in person, but my mom's documentation is so thorough I know I could rebuild most of the features, regrettably her most important work has been lost.
Player:
a. (Mom's designs?)
b. (Lost Documents?)
Emma:
a. She didn't design the original suit, all the core pieces are still T-51b, but she highly modified it into a work of art... Well, if art could kill you from 200 feet away, survive a mini-nuke blast, and move with the agility of a cheetah.
b. She had all of her documents stored in 3 armored file boxes that could withstand a nuclear bomb. Sadly we only recovered 2 of the 3, the other one must still be somewhere around the camp where we were ambushed.
*End Conversation*
Cal
CV.
Player: (Star Paladin Sierra's armor?)
Cal: It was a lot better than the tin cans you are wearing, that's for sure. What did you want to know about it, dude?
Player:
a. (Was it powerful?)
b. (Where can I find it?)
Cal:
a. Even I had trouble keeping up with her in that armor, and I'm a freaken robot... She was a demon on the battlefield.
b. That is not a path you want to go down. I believe in letting people make their own mistakes, but I'm not going to send you to get killed by an army that outnumbers you 20 to 1.
Player:
a. (Super Mutants?)
b. (I can handle it)
c. (Dagger Squads camp sight?) *After completing Conversation EV*
Cal:
a. Nope, not Mutties, the Reaver Movement. The Mutties captured my squad and threw the armors in a scrap heap. While everyone else was captured I made a deal with my former enemies. I offered the Reavers all the tech they could carry away from the facility in exchange for helping me launch an attack. Ther Reavers won the battle and now have all the tech, including the power armors.
Player:
a. (I'll use diplomacy) *charisma check*
b. (I'll sneak in) *agility check*
c. (I'll outsmart them) *intelligence check*
Cal: I found the Reavers held up at *location*, but that was 10 years ago. I guess it can't hurt to go check if they are still there.
b. Overconfidence clouds good judgment.
c. Pace and I brought back everything I could find there, but I have always put off going back to see if there was anything I missed. Too many bad memories. How about this, I will show you where it is at if you promise to bring me along with you.
