I have to throw this out there. How does "Bake'n'Bacon" sone as a restaurant name? And for a doable new radio station could be periodic news announcements related to quest happenings (think morning and evening news). Could have radio shows such as "Emma's hourly" with short but useful survival tips? These are just ideas though and I have no motivation to steal your thunder if you have other plans.

As part of the restaurant quest, I was planning on having multiple signs you can choose from with various names. Let the player build the sign he/she wants and that is the name of the restaurant. I will definitely put your idea as one of the possible names to choose.
As far as a radio station, I think that would be a good idea, I just haven't yet learned how to make a station in Fallout 4 or found enough music I can legally use to really start planning anything.
